    @humewood1 cnet …
    @humewood1 cnet bases all there reviews on all available units, meaning if you want to feel like you are at a rock concert in the front row, you might want to spend a little more money, as in 500 1000$ more. lol

    I got this over …
    I got this over Christmas and absolutely love it. Blu Ray and my 360 sound amazing. Only complaint is the tuner does not get good reception but it may just be the area it’s located. I was torn between the Sony and the Onkyo HT3200 but with the Onkyo I would have to run optical cables for sound. Overall I’m very pleased and glad I decided on the Sony.

    I don’t know what those guys expect, I found it really nice when playing concerts ( BluRays/DVDs) and Audio CDs/…. Like it a lot for music, and for movies.. This Is It man!!! I’m not an audiophile, just an average consumer, and I can tell you it’s more than OK for me.

    Hi, I own this HT:

    Hi, I own this HT:
    Cons
    - the menu, as you have to navigate thru the small screen
    Pros
    - Ultra Slim Receiver, one of the best I’ve seen, will fit anywhere
    - Great sound, in movies or music, don’t pay attention to the CNET Review, they say it’s not good for music, but I found it pretty good when playing both concert BluRays or Audio CDs…
    - Loud enough for me…. some people complain the volume limit is at 40, I only use it at 25 at max!!
    - 3 HDMI inputs!!! For 300 bucks, that’s a steal!!!
