What’s The Difference Between 5.1 PC Speakers And Home-Cinema Audio System?

I'm thinking of getting the Logitech Z-5500 speakers for my TV (more information here: http://www.logitech.com/en-hk/speakers-audio/home-pc-speakers/devices/224). Is there anything Home-Cinema Audio System have that Logitech Z-5500 don't ?

A home audio system usually can support more than one input - for example you can connect an Xbox, blu-ray, etc.

This is targeting PCs - only one input.
