Upconverting DVD players to 1080i/720p HDTV?
I have a 1080i/720p Plasma HDTV Phillips. My DVD player is. 2 and half years old but has a video output component. And progressive scan works. Read my TV DVD players are entered. No change to 420p and 720p. I should have been DVD players. upconverting the output HDMI? Will that give me 720p or 1080i? I can see the difference between the two players. DVD.
