    im gonna ignore …
im gonna ignore your little gay noob comment but i will say this. you are right you can build a good system on your own for around a grand, if thats what you prefer to do. i currently live in a townhouse so a HTIB is a better setup for me being that i dont want to off my neighors too much. but there are some really good HTIB’s made by companys like klipsch and pioneer that sound every bit as good as one that costs thousands. do a little more research and check them out, you will see.

    To infamous256: LOL …
To infamous256: LOL you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars to get good sound. I am currently building my own system and the grand total is less than 950. A onkyo or denon receiver plus some polk or energy speakers……you need to learn more noob….But if you have money you can build a better system with more money.
