No. A CD changer hardly generates heat at all due to low power it consumes. It reads Cd's by laser light therefore no magnetic field to interfere with the HD/DVR box.
References :
as long as there is enough space for air to flow you should be ok.but to be safe rather than sorry i would try and put on seperate shelves or side by side.they can sometimes get quite hot and you do not want to risk overheating
References :
IF you are running digital output - either digital coax or toslink (optical) AND are set up for surround sound (at least 5.1) then you should be hearing dialog from the center channel.
References :
It will be fine. The Cable box will get considerably hot, so make sure there is enough ventilation around it.
References :
Mostly the dialogue from a movie will come from the center channel. this will also contain other parts of a movie, but mostly dialogue.
References :
I know,but believe ...
I know, but believe it or not,all bose does is cross over at a higher frequency and allow the sub to reproduce "voice" bandwidth in the crossover, literaly just useing the cubes as "tweeters" so if you cross over your sub correctly the cubes sound pretty good! not the best, but try and talk YOUR mother into towers for the rear speakers!LOL, she barely let me install this system cuz it was too "bulky"

Yeah, All highs and ...
Yeah, All highs and all lows, must be a bose...This is a piece meal system put together with leftover parts that look good rather than sound good. It's a condo so...the 12'' sub is almost all the way down! Just something pretty for my ma!
